About Downloads

Downloads are files that you can buy on our website then download directly to your computer ready for use. All our downloads are .zip archives, we use these archives because they enable several files to be downloaded in one go and because they are compressed, they reduce download time.

How Do I Purchase My Download?

Browse our extensive range of products and add downloadable products to your order in exactly the same was as you would add any other product. You can order downloads on an order by themselves or on an order that contains a mixture of downloadable and non-downloadable products. Proceed through the checkout process in the same way as you normally would and select a payment method. If you choose to pay with PayPal, your download will become available as soon as your payment is complete. If you choose to pay for your downloads by cheque, they will be made available as soon as your payment has cleared. We will send an e-mail to inform you when this happens.

You only ever need to purchase each downloadable product once. After you have bought and downloaded it, you may use it as many times as you want. Our online shop remembers which downloadable products you have bought and prevents you from accidentally buying them again.

How do I Download my Files?

To download your files you must log in to the website with the same user name and password as you used when you bought the download. Browse to the product you bought using the Products and Downloads menus on the left of the page. You will notice that the 'Add to Order' button on the product page has been replaced with a 'Download' button . Click this button to start the download. Choose a location on your computer to save the file to and save it. We recommend that you make a backup of this downloaded file in case you should lose it at some point in the future.

If you accidentally lose your downloaded file you can download it again from the website in exactly the same way as before. You can do this up to 5 times, after that your download will be locked and you will need to contact us by e-mail to have it re-enabled

What if I Can't Remember my User Name and Password ?

Contact our website manager by e-mail and they will endeavour to find your user name and reset your password. They may ask you for additional information to confirm your identity. Once you have your user name and password you can use them to log into the site and download your files.

How do I Use My Downloaded File?

Your digital download will be in a zipped file and you'll require either WinZip, Windows XP or a similar program to unzip (or extract) the file. Once you have received your file save it to your hard disk and unzip it to a folder on your hard disk (remembering where you saved it to!) you can find out how to do this by following the instructions supplied with your unzipping software (click on the help button of your software if you aren't sure how to do this).

All our downloadable A4 sheets are in PDF format for ease of printing. You'll also need Adobe Reader to print your files. If you don't already have this program it's available as a free download from Adobe.

Download Terms and Conditions

By purchasing any of our products you are agreeing to use it for your own personal use and you must not copy or distribute it in any format. However you can use the printed images to make and sell your own hand crafted items.

We recommend that you back up your downloaded images to ensure against losing your files.

Due to the digital nature of our downloads refunds are not possible on these items.
